Technical Help


Q.  I’m having trouble with one of the courses I have on my ‘Home’ page?


A. If you are able to view the course there will be a list of custodians in the description box. In the ‘Messages’ tab at the top of the page, select ‘Send message’, type the custodians name and send a message directly to them. They will be able to help.


Q. The training course I am enrolled on does not seem to function as it should.  I am either having trouble with a non-functioning button or I am unable to progress through the course.


A. The software we use can develop issues on some devices. These can often be resolved by changing to a different browser  or device. If you’ve tried this and are still having problems please contact ‘Technical Support’ via the messaging system found in the top right hand corner, or email training@allanwebb.co.uk.


Q. I have completed the module but I am unable to progress to the next.


A. Please check that you have completed every element of the module. If you are still having problems, please contact ‘Technical Support’ via the messaging system found in the top right hand corner, or email training@allanwebb.co.uk.

Purchasing a Course


Q. Can I purchase the same course for multiple members of my team?

A. Online purchases are only available for single purchases. If you wish to purchase the same course multiple times for several people in one transaction, please contact our team via sales@allanwebb.co.uk

Q. I don’t have access to a credit/debit card. How do I purchase a course?

A. If you wish to make payment via bank transfer or BACS, please contact a member of our team via sales@allanwebb.co.uk stating the course you wish to purchase. You will then be provided instructions on how to proceed with your preferred payment method. 

Q. Do you offer trade credit?

A. Yes . Our standard trade credit terms are 30 days and subject to completion of a Trade Credit Application form. To discuss this, please contact our team via sales@allanwebb.co.uk

Q. Are there any additional costs for purchases outside of the UK?

A. Purchases outside of the UK are not permitted through the LMS. Please contact a member of our team via sales@allanwebb.co.uk to arrange payment.

Course Information


Q. Is there a time limit for my course?

A. Yes. Each course is accessible for 60 days after purchase, after which the course expire. If you wish to discuss extended time periods please contact our team via training@allanwebb.co.uk.

Q. Will I receive a certificate upon course completion?

A. Yes. Upon successful completion of all course requirements please contact our team via training@allanwebb.co.uk in order to obtain your certificate.  

Q. Can I leave feedback about a course?

A. Yes. At the end of every course there is a link to a feedback survey. There is also a star rating system that can be annotated. 

Q. There is something in the course that I don’t understand. Who do I contact?

A. Please contact the custodian or Subject Matter Expert associated with your course via the messaging system found in the top right hand corner, or email training@allanwebb.co.uk with your query and we’ll be please to help.

Q. Do you offer courses tailored to more advanced students?

A. Yes. We have an extensive portfolio of classroom and webinar based training courses covering a wide spectrum of supportability engineering related topics at introductory, practitioner and expert levels of difficulty.
